Your flight details never leave your browser
The calculator is JavaScript running on your own device. Your route, dates, airline and delay are not sent to us, not stored, and not shared, because there is no server here to send them to — this is a set of static files. Nothing is kept after you close the tab.
There is no account, no email capture and no "enter your details to see your result". That pattern is how claim companies generate leads, and it is the main thing this site exists to avoid.
What is collected
Standard web server logs, and whatever analytics and advertising scripts are running on the site, which may set cookies and are covered by their own policies. Airport data is loaded as a static file from this domain.
Links to claim companies
Some outbound links to claim companies earn us a commission. Following one takes you to that company, where their privacy policy applies, and anything you tell them is between you and them.
